No servers, no local software installs, no IT team. Optional LIS instrument integration uses plug-and-print serial drivers that work with most analysers including phosphate analyzers.
We integrate with official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) and alternate approved gateways. On receiving a report, our engine automatically sends a secure PDF download link with delivery receipts. Patients can also request a copy or verify a report later by scanning the QR code. Messages remain within WhatsApp's official infrastructure — no personal devices or grey-market bots.
Every franchisee gets a fully isolated tenant. Their patient data, reports, billing and staff access are encrypted and separated through our RBAC system — a sub-franchisee can never see another branch's records.
